Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Pavoriz respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platform.

2. Information We Collect

Pavoriz may collect:

  • Wallet addresses connected to the platform.
  • Community reports and submitted evidence.
  • Email addresses provided voluntarily.
  • Usage and analytics data.
  • Device and browser information.
  • A device key, when you vote on the dApp board.
  • Notification preferences.

Pavoriz does not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.

The device key is two values. One is a random identifier kept in your browser's own storage. The other is a one-way hash of what your browser reports about itself, such as its screen size, time zone and graphics hardware. We keep the hash, never the details it was made from, and it cannot be turned back into them.

It is used for one thing: keeping the dApp vote to one wallet per device, so that one person connecting several wallets cannot vote several times. It is not used for advertising, is not shared, and is not attached to anything you do outside voting.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and improve our services.
  • Monitor threats and exploit reports.
  • Investigate suspicious activity.
  • Process community submissions.
  • Deliver notifications and alerts.
  • Analyze platform usage and performance.

4. Wallet Information

Wallet addresses are public blockchain identifiers and may be used to provide approval checks, exploit monitoring, and security-related services.

5. Pavoriz Shield Browser Extension

The Pavoriz Shield extension only acts on dApps you open from Pavoriz or add to your always-on list. On those sites it records:

  • The site's host name and page title, for example app.uniswap.org.
  • When you opened and closed the site.
  • The requests the site sends to your wallet, such as an approval or a signature, and the risk rating the Shield gave each one.
  • The wallet address connected to the site.

Only the host name of a page is kept. The rest of the address (the path and the query string) is removed before anything leaves your browser and is never sent to us.

Sites you have not opened through Pavoriz or added to your always-on list are not touched. The extension does not inject anything into them, read them, or record that you visited them.

The extension cannot see your private keys, seed phrase or passwords, and cannot sign or send anything on your behalf.

This activity is stored in your browser, where the extension keeps your most recent 100 events and your list of protected sites. When a Pavoriz page is open, the same activity is copied to your Pavoriz account so you can see it on other browsers. It is used to show you your own Shield history and to improve how Pavoriz detects risky dApps. It is not sold and not used for advertising.

Pavoriz also shows how many times each dApp has been opened through Pavoriz, for example on the home page and the vote board. These are totals per site, with no wallet address or account attached.

The extension also downloads a list of known phishing sites and malicious addresses from Pavoriz in the background. That request sends nothing about you or the sites you visit.

Removing the extension deletes everything it stored in your browser. Activity copied to your Pavoriz account is kept until you ask us to delete it, which you can do through the support page at https://pavoriz.com/support.

6. Community Reports

Information submitted through reports may be reviewed, stored, and used to improve threat intelligence and protect other users.

7. Third-Party Services

Pavoriz may rely on third-party analytics, infrastructure providers, and blockchain services. These providers may process information necessary to operate the platform.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and improve platform security.

10. Children's Privacy

Pavoriz is not intended for individuals under the age required by applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Pavoriz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
