The Shield is not showing up on a dApp

The Shield arms itself for dApps you have opened from Pavoriz at least once. Open the dApp from the Explore page, and it will be covered on every visit after that.

The Shield blocked a request I trust

You can allow it from the prompt and carry on. Tell us the site on Telegram so we can look at why it was flagged.

Can Pavoriz see my keys or seed phrase?

No. The Shield reads the request a dApp sends to your wallet, never the wallet itself. Nobody from Pavoriz will ever ask for your seed phrase.

How do I remove the extension?

Right-click the Pavoriz icon in your browser's toolbar and choose Remove. Nothing is left behind on your device.
